About our Speaker Ron Geren:

Ronald L. Geren, FCSI, CCS, CCCA, AIA, SCIP, is the owner of RLGA Technical Services, a specifications and building code consulting firm in Scottsdale, Arizona.  He has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, which includes projects covering many building types such as residence halls, classroom and office buildings, libraries, multifamily residential, commercial office and retail, religious, theaters, and military.

Ron is a professor of architecture at the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture at Taliesin where he teaches construction documents, building codes, practice management, and building construction technology.

In addition to his consulting practice and teaching, Ron Geren is actively involved in a number of organizations. He is currently board chair of CSI and a past chair of AIA’s MasterSpec Architectural Review Committee.  

Ron is a certified construction specifier, certified construction contract administrator, and a certified building plans examiner.
