Clients have never been so demanding, and they have so many choices today. So why should they choose you, your product, or solution? How do you stand out among you peers? How do you find that edge to become the first choice when clients are selecting the most viable solutions? The construction jungle can be a frustrating place with so many influences and with so many perceptions to derail your best efforts. Find out how real business development professionals differentiate from being “just another vendor”. Learn new ways to maneuver your way through the construction landscape and become a "jungle expert". Find out how top reps are chosen among their peers to become part of the solution.   1. Recognize the perceptions, limitations and real value clients expect in trusted relationships
  2. Develop a plan to move from “vendor” to “trusted resource” and gain credibility in the eyes of the client and the industry.
  3. Explore relationship pitfalls and strategies to better understand your client’s expectations and build solutions from the client’s perspective
  4. Identify how to embrace technology to become more efficient, focus your time and create mutually beneficial working relationships.

About the Speaker:

Casey brings over 30 years of specification sales and business development experience as President of C.F. Robb Consulting Services, LLC. He is former Commercial Business Development Manager for DuPont Building Innovations and Kingspan IMP.

Casey is active with CSI, as a former Atlanta Chapter President, SE Region President, Institute Director, Institute VP, and former Institute President of CSI, nationally. He is a Fellow and Lifetime Member in CSI, a Certified Construction Product Representative, and a LEED® Accredited Professional. 

Casey is currently serving as Vice Chancellor of the CSI College of Fellows, Secretary of the Atlanta CSI Foundation, and SE Region Conference planning committee. He is also a professional member of  IIBEC - The International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants and the ABAA – Air Barrier Association of America.
