This program provides an in depth look at using the latest techniques and software in creating 3D images and renderings.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the difference between Building Information Models (BIM) and 3D Renderings and presentations
  • Understanding computer software for creating 3D models vs. 2D graphic images
  • Setting up an architectural scene using computer lighting and materials
  • Comparing the technical difference between interior and exterior renderings

Daniel Hargreaves, FCSI, CDT, AIA, RAS is an Architect and Project Manager for SRa Architects. Daniel also serves as the Operations Manager for SRa Architects and is considered an expert by his peers and the architectural community. Daniel has been in the architecture for over 30 years and joined SRa Architects in 2013 where he is responsible for establishing CAD/BIM standards, CAD/BIM training and served as the lead modeler on several major projects. Daniel serves the CSINext Chapter as Electronics Chair and Treasurer.  He also served as past president for the Dallas Chapter, CSINext and South Central Region along with serving as institute director.
