About the Speaker:

Kent Kile is the Architectural Manager for PPG Industries for TN/AR and So. MO, representing paint, glass and metal coatings. He has been in the paint and coatings industry for over 32 years. 25 of those years have been with PPG Industries. Kent has held numerous positions in sales and sales management. Along with his current territory responsibilities, Kent also is the Team Leader for the PPG South Architectural Team. In 2003, Kent and his family moved from Richmond, VA to Nashville, TN to represent PPG as an Architectural Manager.

Kent has a BS degree in Marketing Education from Indiana State University. He has been active in Construction Specification Institute (CSI), for over 20 years and is currently serving on the Institute Certification Committee and chairs the CCPR subcommittee. Kent is a past president of the Nashville CSI chapter as well as a past president of the Richmond, VA CSI chapter. Kent passed the Certified Construction Products Representative (CCPR) certification test with CSI in 2008. He also passed the NACE (National Association Of Corrosion Engineers) Level 1 certification in 2005.
