Messages and Comments

What you talkin’ about Willis? Just a little throw back from the 70’s… CSINext has implemented Private Messaging (PM) and Article Comments. Each of these will help to expand the Virtual Chapter experience. One of the key strengths to CSI is communication and the member network. CSINext strives to do this in a virtual way. Just like any good Social Network.

Once you login, you will see your personal access to the Private Messaging System. Think of this as a local email account. This is feature rich and integrated with your profile. What this does is if you visit User List and click on a name, there are several new options for sending a message to another user. You can use the Quick Message or near the top select Private Message from the message pop down. Then just type away and hit send.

The other new feature is Article Comments. At the bottom of each article is a comment box. Sharing of comments, thoughts and ideas is one of the best ways to interact with each other. All you will need to do is login, go to the article and at the bottom add you comment. Then hit send… have you notice in the computer world everything requires you to hit send.

We are continuing to make CSINext a true chapter experience. Comments are always welcome (and now it is possible).
